Product Availability

You can check a product’s availability online.

To search for a product online simply browse our categories by range, product type, or activity. If known, you can also search by the product number (SKU) in our search bar and it will find anything related to this item. If an item is not available online it will be shown as ‘out of stock’.

We do not offer lay-by or back-order services on any of our products online.

Some items, due to size and shape restrictions, may not be available for international shipment. In these instances, you will be asked to remove these items from your cart before your order is processed.

If you cannot find the product you are looking for, or it is showing as out of stock, please contact us for assistance.

Product Repairs

To ensure you get the most out of your Natural Pet Group’s products, we do not offer repairs on many of our products.

If you have concerns about your Natural Pet Group’s gear or need repairs to be done, please contact us.

Any gear sent to Natural Pet Group for assessment or repair must be clean before posting it. Any gear that’s not clean upon arrival will not be assessed and will be returned to you. We will also contact you if your equipment cannot be refunded.

The typical turnaround time for repairs is 10 days, but may take longer during periods of high volume.

Product recall notifications are issued to notify our customers when a product has been identified as a potential safety risk. The following items have been identified as ‘unsafe’ and recalled from sale.
